Dwarf Fothergilla

Fothergilla gardenii (Dwarf Fothergilla)

Fothergilla gardenii 'Mt Airy'

A clone selected by Michael Dirr for its deep green foliage, neat upright habit and brilliant fall color. Abundant creamy white, honey scented blooms cloak this plant in late spring. A vigorous grower, but well contained in the urban garden. One of the best fall colors in shades of orange and yellow.
