The name of the rose was chosen by its creator, native Milwaukeean, Bill Radler who is also the breeder of the revolutionary Knock Out® Rose. Bill is a patron of the arts and this rose celebrates the landmark addition of the Milwaukee Art Museum designed by the internationally renowned architect, Santiago Calatrava. Milwaukee's Calatrava™ flowers almost continually from spring through frost. The slightly ruffled petals become tinged with a hint of pink as cooler weather sets in.
